Polri: 23 Anggota Khilafatul Muslimin Sebagai Tersangka
Polri tetapkan 23; Anggota Khilafatul Muslimin Sebagai Tersangka Polri beserta Polda jajaran sejauh ini tercatat telah menetapkan 23 anggota organisasi Khilafatul Muslimin sebagai tersangka.
“Total sudah ada 23 orang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka untuk saat ini,” kata Karopenmas Humas Polri Brigjen Pol Ahmad Ramadhan kepada wartawan, Jakarta, Selasa (14/6).
Ramadhan merincikan, 23 tersangka itu diproses oleh beberapa Polda jajaran. Pertama, Polda Jawa Tengah (Jateng) sebanyak enam tersangka.
Kemudian, Polda Lampung lima tersangka, Selanjutnya, Polda Jawa Barat (Jabar) dengan lima tersangka.”Lalu, Polda Jawa Timur (Jatim) dengan satu tersangka, Polda Metro Jaya menetapkan enam orang tersangka” ujar Ramadhan.
Menurutnya, pengusutan kasus ini lantaran organisasi Khilafatul Muslimin tersebut diduga kuat hendak menyebarkan berita bohong serta mengajarkan paham-paham yang bertentangan dengan nilai Pancasila.
“Seperti kasus yang ditangani di Polda Jawa Tengah, kelompok ini melakukan kegiatan konvoi kendaraan roda dua dan melakukan penyebaran pamflet atau selebaran berupa maklumat serta nasihat dan imbauan,” ucap Ramadhan.
